- Good water and stain resistance
- Easy to wipe clean
- Ideal in warmer climates

The Bad:

- Low quality tiles will chip and crack
- Can be very slippery
- Grout lines can be difficult to clean
- Tile color can vary by batch
- Not ideal for outdoor installations
- Feel cold to the touch in the winter
- Very little foot support

The Bottom Line:

Ceramic tile is very versatile. It can be installed in a wide variety of patterns with different borders and inlays. Ceramic tile is ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
